NASS' Annual Performance Awards Programs
The North American Shagya-Arabian Society (NASS) offers Annual Year End Performance Awards Programs for NASS registered horses in the performance categories noted below, including the
Radautzer Award and the USDF All-Breed Awards.
ALL forms and instructions are included the "Annnual Performance Awards Guidelines" posted below.
Annual Performance Awards Program Categories
CATEGORIES RECOGNIZED FOR PERFORMANCE AWARDS:
The North American Shagya-Arabian Society is very pleased to offer Performance Awards to NASS registered horses in the categories listed below. The number of awards given will vary with the number of horses competing in each division.
- Sport Horse In Hand
- Sport Horse Under Saddle/Sport Horse Show Hack
- Dressage
- Eventing
- Jumper
- Hunter Pleasure
- Hunter
- Driving (Combined & Pleasure)
- Competitive Trail Riding
- Endurance Riding
- Endurance Riding FEI
- Meritorious Sire
- Meritorious Dam
All horses must be registered with NASS. The horse owner must be an
Active Member of NASS at the time points are earned.
In addition, owners must enroll their horses with the program which is
a one-time, lifetime registration and is free to Junior NASS Members.
Annual Performance Award Sponsors:
Up to five Sponsorships for each Division are available for $20 each.
Sponsors will be acknowledged in the NASS Newsletter and on the NASS Performance Awards website page for that Division.
Deadlines & Important Notes:
The LAST DAY of NOVEMBER is the LAST DAY of Competition Year.
ALL ANNUAL RESULTS must be turned in ON or BEFORE December 14th to the NASS Annual Performance Awards Chair.

Radautzer Award
Annual AERC Recognition
NASS Sponsors the AERC Breed Award named the Radautzer Award to recognize the achievements of NASS registered horses that participate at AERC Rides.
Recognition will be given annually to the horse who achieves the highest number of points within that competition year according to the scoring system. Eligible horse's owner of record must be a NASS member in good standing at the time the nomination form is submitted.

USDF All Breed Awards
United States Dressage Federation All-Breeds Awards:
NASS is an All-Breeds Participating Member Organization with the United States Dressage Federation (USDF).

Bravo Award
The Bravo Award
The Bravo Award is tri-annual award which gives recognition for any activity not covered by the above performance awards programs.
Any NASS member can nominate themselves, another member or any NASS Registered horse for any accomplishment.
